i think i have mental issues

someone dear to me just asked me a question,and i cant answer her honestly,and its killing me.
im so sorry dear,im just afraid of the consequences of this bad situation,its already so bad as it is right now.i wish it didnt have to happened.i want things back the way they were more than anything.
and thats my favourite drink by the way.i wish i have some right now.because im feeeling so motherfucking depressed.
